Unabridged Birth Certificate scrapped

Following last week’s long-awaited confirmation that the Unabridged Birth Certificate requirements for international minors will be scrapped, some more positive news this week, is that IATA has confirmed that the TIMATIC system has been updated.

This means that all IATA registered airlines, have now been informed of the updated requirements, which will make travelling to and from South Africa easier for international families.
