Tourism Industry Standard Protocols Covid-19

The Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA) has compiled Tourism Industry Standard Protocols for Covid-19 Operations.  These protocols were produced in collaboration with the private sector including members of different tourism organizations including SATSA (Southern Africa Tourism Services Association), SAYTC (South African Youth Confederation) and YTSA (Youth Tourism South Africa).  The protocols are in line with what the WHO (World Health Organization) has recommended.

This document is the leading document of its kind in South Africa, with majority of tourism establishments including accommodation, restaurants and wheels operators voluntarily adhering it to safekeep guests and staff.
