Terms & Conditions
- Price per person does not include any alcoholic drinks or cold drinks, except specifically mentioned;
- Price per person is based on a minimum of 10 people;
- The on-site Earth & Fire Restaurant is fully licensed and NO alcohol can be brought onto the property. Please inquire about our wine list with excellent South African wines to choose from;
- Reservations will be held for 48 hours, subject to availability. To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is required within these 48 hours;
- Final confirmation of numbers attending needs to be done in writing 14 days prior to your event. No decrease in numbers will be accepted after that. Should numbers increase, final invoice will be based on actual number of people attending and is due upon presentation;
- Minimum gratuity of 10% will be added to your bill and is not included in the quote;
- Children under 12 will be charged 75% of the price per person. Children need to be under adult supervision at all times;
- The pool is for private use by hotel guests ONLY. Should you wish to swim in the river, you are more than welcome to do so at your own risk. Please bring own towels/blankets;
- Should you wish to make use of the Mashie Golf Course kind request to bring own golfing gear, clubs and balls;
- Please inform us with regards to any dietary requirements (allergies, vegetarian, etc.);
- Blackwaters River Lodge as well as Earth & Fire Restaurant follow strict Covid-19 Protocols and Regulations.
