Greater Knysna Business Chamber Vakantiebeurs feedback
Destination Garden Route’s Ypie Kingma gave feedback on the Knysna / Garden Route presence at the Vakantiebeurs held in The Netherlands in January at the recently held Greater Knysna Business Chamber’s tourism members’ meeting.
The feedback presentation highlights the importance of continuously bringing a destination and its products to the public – whether ‘the public’ is the consumer or the ‘middle man’ in whichever form that may be – as competition is fierce and choices are seemingly endless for the end-user.
The Dutch market remains to be one of South Africa’s main source markets for international long-haul visitors.
